What is LazyShift?

LazyShift is a free shift work calculator for anyone working rotating schedules — nurses, port workers, security guards, factory staff, police, firefighters and more. It automatically calculates your worked hours, monthly norm and overtime for any shift pattern.

Supported shift patterns

LazyShift supports the most common shift patterns: 12/24 (alternating day and night), 12/24-12/48 (day, night, two days off), 24/48 and 24/72 for long shifts, and all three 8-hour shifts — morning, afternoon and night, including rotating. There's also a custom mode where you pick your own working days.

How does it work?

Select your shift type, click a start day in the calendar and your schedule is generated automatically for any month. You can mark annual leave (AL) and sick leave (SL) days — each counted as 8 hours per day. The calculator uses the official monthly working hour norms.
